This Privacy Policy describes how Seolap (the "App") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information.
Seolap does not require account creation or sign-up, and does not directly collect personal information. All content (drawers, cards, photos, text, voice recordings, PDFs) is stored only on your device.
In the future, if new features such as account creation, cloud backup, or AI-based services are introduced, additional personal information (e.g., email, name) may be collected. In such cases, this Privacy Policy will be updated prior to collection, and separate user consent will be obtained.
All content created in the App is stored locally on your device (SQLite database). Your data is not transmitted to any server or backed up to any cloud service.
If you delete the App, all data will be permanently removed from your device.
In the future, if a cloud backup feature is introduced, your content may be stored on external servers with your consent. This feature will only be activated by your choice, and encrypted transmission and storage will be applied.
The App may request the following device permissions:

All permissions are optional. Declining a permission does not affect the use of other features in the App.
The App does not track your real-time location. It reads GPS metadata (EXIF) embedded in photos to display markers on the map. Location data is processed only on your device and is not transmitted externally.
When you use the AI voice summary feature, your recorded audio is sent to the Google Gemini API to generate a text summary.
The AI summary feature only operates when you explicitly request it. Audio data is never sent automatically.
When you enable the calendar sync feature, the App's to-do data is synchronized with your device's default calendar app.
Calendar access is optional. Declining the permission does not affect other features.
Seolap uses Google Analytics for Firebase to analyze app usage patterns. Information collected includes:
Collected data is used solely for app improvement purposes and does not include personally identifiable information (name, email, etc.). For more details, see the Google Privacy Policy.
Seolap uses Google AdMob to display rewarded and native ads. AdMob may collect the following information for ad serving and analytics:
On iOS 14 and later, the App requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent. If you decline, personalized ads will be limited. For more details, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy.

To improve app stability, the following information may be automatically collected when an error occurs:

The collected information does not include any user content (drawers, cards, photos, voice recordings, etc.), location data, contacts, or other personally identifiable information.
If an AI voice summary fails due to a server error, the consumed credits are automatically restored. Credits are not restored if the user manually cancels the summary.
When exporting cards as PDF or sharing as ZIP, the files are generated on your device and you directly choose the recipient. The files do not pass through our servers.
Seolap is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will promptly delete it.
This Privacy Policy may be updated to improve our services or provide new features. In case of significant changes, we will notify you in advance through in-app popups or push notifications. The revised policy takes effect from the date it is posted.
Users who do not agree with the updated Privacy Policy may continue using the existing version of the App without updating. However, access to new features may be limited without the update.
